Hey all. First time here in the forum. I wanted to get the word out that I have a lot in Texas that I am desperately trying to sell. I have never seen the lot, but understand that it is a platted subdivision with nothing on it as of yet.

It is an 80 x 110 lot near Dell City, Texas which is east of El Paso. I am looking to get 800.00 plus a 150.00 document and transfer fee. Other lots sell from 1500.00 on up.
