Who I Am:
I am a product of my ancestors. My grandfather immigrated from Russia in 1912 and used to take a barge across the Straits of Mackinaw to hunt deer in Michigans Upper Peninsula.I grew up in Michigan and joined the army in 1984. After the army I followed my rodeo dreams to Oklahoma in 1987 and I've been here ever since .2nd generation LEO (Lawton) I've been a soldier (U.S.Army-8th CAV), bronc rider, bullrider, bullfighter, ranch hand, stockcar driver, motorcop, ghetto cop, husband and Daddy. I have lost 2 very good friends recently in seperate events (Kieth D. Young & Joe Marshall Ritchie R.I.P) whom I hope to met again someday, on the other side of the river. In the meantime I am bent on liveing and enjoying life 100%

Favorite Places I Have Hunted/Fished:
Michigan bowhunts with my brother and near my own place. I grew up in the woods of Michigan during the 70's-80's. I like to hunt anywhere that I can introduce someone new to hunting. I have been fortunate enough to have taken alot of deer to include several big bucks. I will never tire of it, however....The thrill of hunting and then actually killing a big deer is multiplied when I get to help someone else get thier first "wall-hanger".

Interests:
Hunting with my buds. wife- Sherri (my lighthouse, and the strongest woman that I know) and our son- Dilon Lee. Big Whitetails and strutting Toms are my vice. I'm into local history and believe in setting and achieving goals.I like a good story and enjoy researching random people who have gone before us (findagrave.com). We live in "the sticks" not because we dislike people, we just like the animals more. We like taking ATV rides of "serious milage" in new places.I would also like to meet BIGFOOT (while armed and upwind ofcoarse).

Who I would like to Hunt/Fish with:
My Dad and younger brother in a Northern Michigan Deercamp of the 70's. (Dad died in 1993) I would also like to share a campfire with good ole' Uncle Ted (homeboy) we tend to think alike.

It's getting closer to turkey season. I was at the Ok. City Zoo today and I was thinking. I wonder if an Ostrige Leg tast like a turkey leg? Those things are huge. If one of those birds end up missing from the zoo, it wasn't me.

Saw the picture of your cruiser by old hospital, that is a good pic. 40 hours a week hunting an animal that fights back (Crime). You never know, the next time you go to work could be your last hunt.

You have to much time on you hands. You must be playing on the computer at work (hospital). I am finished with the bathroom project and now I have some how started a home makeover project. That way I sell the house I am in and go buy one that is already nice and updated. You know, to keep my wife happy. I'd be better off living in a tent in the woods. Then I can go hunating alot easier. If I keep all these home project up, I'll never get to hunt ever again. CRAP!

I clicked on that Jerky thing too lol. My favorite is Teryaki, honey, jalapeno and a good cajun seasoning. The only big secret is the peppers. I can my own so they can't be bought in a store. But that recipe can be found on the Ball Blue book canning site. It has even fired up a few cajun friends down south lol.

I all ready submitted my pic to browning.com's showcase. so you will have to go vote for me if you like (it is kinda in the middle not sure of my number, there are a lot of entries). That is really cool about your browning gun that is something that can be passed on forever.
