that is a nice buck. but i dont see 184 inches of horn. also between the top of the cascades and I-5 the deer are considered a mix aka benchlegs. only deer west of I-5 are legal for B&C blacktail. a new world record has been takin. it scored 194ish. it is a whopper of a buck. that one is nice tho and i woulda paid 100 bucks for it!

as a meat cutter and a seriouse hunter i have tested this a bit. we found that hanging deer and elk, along with sheep hogs ect, 7 days is the max. the meat dont break down any more after 7 days. any longer u will just be wasting good meat

JP, I heard you were starting up a ranch this fall. Would be interested in what you're putting together. What exotics will you have? We have an Elk hunting ranch in ID. It's awsome. Maybe you could try us out some time too! Let me know more details about what you're putting together.

He was nine. His first hunt ever. He did so good! I am really proud of him! That's awesome about your ranch. Let me know details! Bowhunting ranch? Any weapon? What kind of animals? That ranch was awesome for my son! Perfect opportunity for him since he can't hunt til he is 12 here.

Yeah prices are fricken bonkers this year but i gotta have it, I got a half dozen guys wanting truckload lots but its gettin' scarce. Im looking for alfalfa, alfalfa grass, straight grass, grain hays (oats etc) and i can take either the small 3 twine bales or larger 1000-1500lb bales. I have my own trucks to haul it too. Thanks.

You sound like somebody that just "hunts" for fun, and would shoot at anything that moves. NOT my definition of a hunter in the least.
